Return Policy
We accept returns and/or exchanges up to 14 days after the shipping date for a product that is unused, unworn,
and unwashed. Refunds will be issued to the card used on the original transaction.
All products should be returned with original hangtags, instructions, and packaging.
All products are inspected upon receipt before your refund is processed.
If the product is found to be missing original packaging and/or hangtags,
a refund will be in the form of store credit only at the current list price.
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item delivered,
the original shipping will not be refunded, and a return label will not be provided.

You will receive a response promptly advising you how to handle your request. In your email, please include your
original order number, which item you are returning or exchanging, and a brief description letting us know the reason for your return.
If you receive incorrect or defective products, we will work with you to get the correct items sent out without any cost to you.
We apologize that you have received a damaged product. Quality and Care are core values here
at Good Balance Apparel, Inc., so we will handle all claims promptly.
We require that all damaged or incorrect merchandise claims be submitted within
14 days of the shipping date. We reserve the right to deny any requests
submitted after this period.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MYEXCHANGE OR REFUND?
Refunds
Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 7-
10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when this is complete.
Due to varying bank policies, it may require additional time to process and post
the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card’s next billing cycle.
Exchanges
If you are returning your purchase and wish for an exchange, your return will be
processed as a refund and your exchange will be placed as a new order to your
original method of payment. Exchanges will be shipped out to you within 10 – 14
days of receipt, and you will be notified via email once your requested exchange has been processed.
